Monthly workshops to support and empower you through pregnancy, labour and early motherhood

With a different focus each month, we will explore the use of various tools, techniques and practises to prepare you for birth and beyond:

  • breathing techniques

  • visualisations and affirmations

  • guided meditation

  • essential oils

  • environment

  • sound

Each session will always include gentle movement, deep relaxation, tea and treats plus little gifts for you and baby

An opportunity to switch off, relax and bond with your baby in a calming setting. No previous yoga experience necessary.
