The Spirit of Cacao invites us to drop into our heart whilst breathwork opens us up on every level, clearing the body, heart and mind. You will be led through a cacao blessing, where you will learn about ceremonial grade cacao (Mama) and of course drink the cacao together. Open yourself up with breathwork before diving into an immersive journey with Mama. Breathing with cacao deepens the effect of the breathing technique and at the same time the breathing helps to increase the effect of cacao. Gathering together to drink cacao can create healing, connection and inspiration; a beautiful synergy. Ceremonies are helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions, and doing healing work & inner-processing. Being in an open-hearted environment helps you get out of your normal frame of mind, allowing you to experience new insights & perspectives. Bring a pillow, blanket, journal. Alter pieces welcome. Yoga mats provided.
