Very excited to announce our ‘Nurture, Nourish & Renew’ day retreat which will be taking place on Mother’s Day Sunday 10th March in Wootton Park!
Your day will consist of:
🧘🏻♀️guided yoga flow with Kat
🧊breathwork & cold water immersion with Adam
👩🏻🎨creative workshop with Bianca
🌱a nutritious plant based lunch by Lexi
We will be gathering for a small fire ceremony to conclude the day and each participant will go away with a goodie bag as well as their creation from the workshop! 🎁
