Balance Workshop - November 16th 10am - 11:30am
Come and join us for a 90 minute Workshop where we explore various Balance Skills, from the L-Sit to Handstand
We will cover specific Mobility, Strength and Skill specific drills for all of our skills. And we will also include entry points for all abilities
This Workshop is suitable for all levels, however we will look after Beginners and people new to the world of Handbalance and Bodyweight Strength Training
We will provide specific individual feedback to all Workshop Attendees on the day, to help you continue to make ongoing progress
