Everything Is Frequency - The Human Collective are very excited to invite you to an afternoon of ritual rhythms and sound healing with Api and Rubén of Terra Cósmica, as they take us on a journey of self-discovery through song, sound and voice. Terra Cósmica will guide you in this journey from particles to the wholeness of existence. 

This 3.5 hours provides the opportunity to understand vibration and sound as a healing tool from an experiential perspective. 

Sound Workshop (2 hours)

Through vocal exercises, we will be connecting to our true essence, using sounds to unlock resonance points in our bodies, potentiating your own medicine, and co-creating new fields of self-discovery. A way to activate and find our inner voice, express and liberate our unique sounds in a supportive group environment. 

Through various exercises, you will:

* Learn to unlock resonance points in your body

* Connect to the healing properties of your voice

* Co-create new fields of self-discovery

* Potentiate your own medicine

Tools such as meditation, breathing, movement, sound baths through different instruments such as drums, rattles and didgeridoos, and circle singing are used in these sessions.

Sound Journey (1.5hours)

Following the workshop, Api and Rubén will guide you on a 1.5 hour sound journey to the core of your ancestral soul. Using tribal instruments and the elements of ceremony, sound and voice, you will be immersed in the journey through the ancestral cosmo vision in a sacred and safe space. 

Everything is frequency. Our thoughts, actions, words as well as every piece of matter on this Earth has a frequency, and together, we create a vibrational mantel in which we all play our part.
