When’s the last time you experienced your life from another perspective? Join Andrew and Nancy for a 2 hour masterclass on inversions. Both Andrew and Nancy have plenty of experience teaching handstands and headstands and together have offered many workshops over the years.
This workshop is open to all levels, ranging from absolute beginners to the serious invertors, with appropriate progressions and variations. There will be a focus on shoulder mobility and wrist health, including appropriate warm ups and strength-based exercises. Ensuring there are endless amounts of inversion variations to accommodate all types of fitness, including handstand push ups, handstand walking, statics and more. With two coaches from The Human Collective, we are able to offer more personable workshops, allowing one coach to lead and demonstrate, and for the other to offer 1-2-1 coaching.

Short yoga-style warm up, including 1-2-1 teaching, (5-10mins)
Wrist warm up & mobility, (10 mins)

Core warm ups suitable for handstands, (5 mins)
Headstands & crow/mushroom and linking moves together, (25 mins)
