Inversion & Mobility Workshop

This workshop is open to all levels, ranging from absolute beginners to the serious invertors, with appropriate progressions and variations. We have a focus on shoulder mobility and wrist health, including appropriate warm ups and strength-based exercises. We can include endless amounts of inversion variations to accommodate all types of fitness, including handstand push ups, handstand walking, statics and more. With two coaches, we offer more personable workshops, allowing one coach to lead and demonstrate, and for the other to offer 1-2-1 coaching.
