A morning class designed to boost your energy, lift your mood and set you up for the day ahead. Using movement, pranayama and energized breathwork meditation to start your day the right way!
SOMA Breath uses rhytmical breathing and breath retention with music and guided meditation. This is designed to bring us to a state of heart coherence, which allows us to feel energised but relaxed t the same time.
Yoga mats and blankets are provided but please feel free to bring your own, some water and wear comfortable warm clothing.
